It is a confidential service available to anyone via text on mobile devices. The goal of Crisis Text Line is to move people from a hot moment to a cool calm. Any person may need help in coping with a stressful situation. If you feel you are in need of help simply text the keyword “Home” to 741741 and expect a reply from a trained Crisis Counselor within five minutes.
